For years I have had a deviated septum and polyps and this has affected my taste and smell which was very depressing but now thanks to Doctor Jones I can live a normal life once more and smell the roses, life is now good again, thank you so much Doctor Jones you and your team are a credit to your profession.

Before and after care was second to none and the entire experience was handled so well and all concerns were addressed before hand.

I have seen Mr Jones for three different issues over the last 12 months. He makes you feel very comfortable and I have found him very informative, happy to listen and explain everything clearly in layman’s terms. There was no pressure at all to have any of the procedures or the operation, it was entirely my choice and he has now given me an ultimate gift, previously a hearing aid user, the Myringoplasty surgery was so successful that 11 weeks post operation I no longer feel the need for them. Previously balance issues where diagnosed as Vestibular Neuritis but by doing the exercises Mr Jones gave me I am a lot better and am able to continue with my normal day. After many years of suffering with ear infections due to a perforation in my left eardrum I had a referral to see Mr. G Huw Jones. The procedure went really well no more ear infections and an improvement in hearing in that ear thanks to Mr jones and his team at spire Yale Wrexham

We went to Dr Huw Jones for a consultation as our daughter Jessica had enlarged tonsils and suffered with her breathing day & at night while sleeping. It got to the point where we couldn’t even hug her because she felt like she couldn’t breath with having someone close to her and her snoring at night time was really loud & she would hold her breath at times too. Our consultation with Dr Jones was informative, thorough and he made Jessica feel at ease with his calm, friendly & welcoming nature. We left with options as to what we could do. His secretary Anna was easy to get hold of and always responded to any questions we had in the run up to the op. We didn’t wait long for the op date, it was all done within 7 weeks of us giving the go ahead to book Jessica in. The day of the op went so smoothly, Dr Jones came to see us before and after the op. And the care we received at Spire was amazing. Jessica’s recovery was really quick, she was back to school the following week and her breathing is so much better. Dr Jones explained exactly what he’d done in the op and how it went. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for any better treatment from start to finish. We would highly recommend Dr Huw Jones. I have been to see Mr Huw Jones twice for my BPPV vertigo and i cannot recommend him highly enough. Both times i have been he has performed the Epley manoeuvre on me an it has worked first time both times due to his great work. I always felt at ease and confident in him. Thanks so much again.
