I’ve had problems with my left ear for basically all my life, coming and going, untill one perforation stayed and refused to heal. After months of waiting on the NHS we booked to visit Mr. Jones privately and he showed us a path foreward immediately. The operation was smooth and now I’;m at a reduced chance of ear infections and hearing loss.

Mr Jones removed my son’s tonsils with a newer technique and his surgery and recovery went above and beyond our expectations. He went back to school after 2 weeks and that was only to be kept off as a precaution he could have gone back sooner. His pain was minimal and we followed the plan and didn’t complain once of any discomfort. He has been tonsillitis free since and even stopped snoring and I believe because of that his sleeping has had a positive impact. The care we received in the spire Manchester hospital was second to none and Mr Jones’s whole team around him on that day made us feel at ease and that we could ask any question and we were listened to. Charlie is on the autistic spectrum and he was so comfortable and calm we can’t thank you enough for preforming the surgery on Charlie and we will recommend you to anyone needing an ENT input.
